Today, Dr. Manahel Thabet has been chosen as the Secretary-General’s personal envoy in the science and technology field, according to a statement by Patricia Scotland, the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth.
Thabet has received this in exchange for her vast expertise, scientific accomplishments, and contributions to science and technology.
