KSA Establishes 25 new paths in the Grand Mosque with the increase of pilgrims number
The General Presidency for Affairs of two Holy Mosques announced the creation of 25 new tracks in the Grand Mosque.
This comes intending to provide comfort to the pilgrims, by applying precautionary measures and distancing in light of the increasing number of worshipers and pilgrims.
For his part, Eng. Maen Karout; Undersecretary of the Spatial Guidance Department, explained that physical distancing posters have been arranged in line with the standards for the number of visitors in the Grand Mosque, to keep pace with the preparations for this year.
Paths have been allocated for people with disabilities following precautionary measures. There are posters also for Tawaf prayer and the chapels of King Fahd Extension.
He pointed to the renovation of chapels inside the Grand Mosque and its courtyards, in preparation for receiving pilgrims.
