King Salman Chairs Virtual Cabinet Session

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud virtually chaired the Cabinet session on Tuesday, reported Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

King Salman has expressed his sincere gratitude to the Saudi people for their prayers and wishes of speed recovery. The King has also thanked all the nations and leaders who wished him good health and well-being.

The Cabinet then has reviewed the latest development on the regional and international levels.

The achievements included Mawani’s announcement that the Kingdom has won the bid to host the 2026 UNCTAD Global Supply Chain Forum, bolstering the Kingdom’s status as a prestigious global logistics hub.

The session praised the great success of the Future Aviation Forum, held in Riyadh, with over 100 deals and MoUs.

Furthermore, the Cabinet discussed the bilateral cooperative relations between Saudi Arabia and Senegal within a significant message King Salman has received from the Senegalese President.

The attendees also reviewed the latest phone calls between Saudi Crown Prince and France’s president and Japan’s Prime Minister to open new avenues of collaboration and coordination.

The meeting stressed Saudi Arabia’s firm instance towards Israel’s offensive on Rafah and its blatant violation to the International Court of Justice’s order to “immediately halt” its military operations in Rafah. They underscored the dire need to put an end to Gaza War and facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
