The meeting reviewed the status of housing permits for pilgrims, aiming to provide comfortable accommodations. Additionally, the committee examined performance indicators for Umrah, including arrival and departure processes, to enhance the overall experience.
Prince Saud stressed the importance of doubling efforts to ensure that pilgrims can perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind. The committee also discussed services provided to Umrah performers, focusing on continuous improvement.
Broader Preparations Across the Region
In related developments, the General Directorate of Passports has prepared to welcome Umrah performers through all air, land, and sea ports, ensuring swift entry and exit procedures. The Ministry of Health’s regional branch has readied 17 hospitals with a total capacity of 4,560 beds, along with 13 primary healthcare centers and 3 mobile clinics, to serve pilgrims during the Umrah season.
These comprehensive preparations reflect the Kingdom’s dedication to providing the highest level of service to pilgrims, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their spiritual journey.
