It winds directly through major developments like Diriyah Gate (DGDA) and MISK City (Mohammed bin Salman Non-Profit City). The Promenade

The Arts Tower
Located in the Promenade, the Arts Tower is an architectural gem that blends industrial heritage with modern design. It is inspired by the traditional electricity pylons that once lined Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road, transforming it into a work of art.
Stretching 30 meters high, the steel structure features a geometric metal frame as well as stained glass-like panels colored in blue, red, yellow, and orange, creating a visual masterpiece with its angular details that make it reminiscent of an abstract Eiffel Tower.
Urban Wadi
Adorned with lush greenery and an eco-friendly water canal that naturally cools the atmosphere, this lively destination offers pedestrian and cycle paths, bridges, and a 10,000-sqm shaded hub for dining and shopping.
