India, Pakistan Agree to Full Immediate Ceasefire

India and Pakistan agreed on Saturday to carry out a full and immediate ceasefire after weeks of clashes and drone strikes, according to the Independent.

The ceasefire comes after the U.S.-led talks to put an end to the most serious military escalation in decades between both countries.

The clashes were basically due to an attack on some tourists in the Indian-controlled section of the disputed region of Kashmir.

As a result, India accused Pakistan of attacking tourists. However, Pakistan denied this accusation.
