The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) showcased its services, including the “Wakeb” feature in the Tawakkalna application. Sarah Al-Thabeti, representing the service, mentioned that the app has over 21 million active monthly users across 77 countries in 7 languages. Moreover, she highlighted ” Wakeb ” as a tool for organizations to publish their news.
SauTeck” AI Project Presented in FOMEX
In FOMEX, the AI-based project ” SauTeck ” has been presented. The project focuses on converting spoken speech into written text, trained on Saudi dialects. Moreover, ” SauTeck ” efficiently segments text by speakers and it is developed by Saudi researchers under SDAIA‘s supervision. It is considered among the best systems in this field.
