Cambodia Commends Saudi Islamic Efforts, Support at ASEAN Khair Ummah Conference
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh has met with a Cambodian delegation in Bangkok on the sidelines of the ASEAN Khair Ummah Conference, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Led by Advisor and Special Mission for Islamic Affairs Ali Musa, the Cambodian delegation commended Saudi Arabia’s pivotal efforts in serving the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites. Furthermore, Musa praised the Kingdom’s generous initiatives to passionately serve guests of Allah such as, pilgrims, Umrah performers, and other visitors.
In the same context, He underscored the Saudi authorities’ exceptional care of visitors and their commitment to provide them with seamless services from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.
Apart from this, Musa also stressed the strong relations between Saudi Arabia and Cambodia, expressing sincere appreciation for the Kingdom’s historical support for his country.
Moreover, he praised Saudi Arabia’s pioneering role in addressing the needs of Muslims worldwide, including initiatives like the ASEAN Conference.
