Arabian Al Essar is set to open its massive project, Al Shabili Grand Mall, adding a fresh touch to the commercial and touristic scene in the Eastern Province. This complex stands as one of the largest in the Middle East, with a prime location and unique design, marking a new landmark for the city of Khobar.
Moreover, AL Essar Company has completed more than 80% of leasing and reservations, successfully partnering with prominent local and international brands. Many of these brands will debut in the Eastern Province through Al Shabili Grand Mall. This collaboration reflects the project’s commitment to offering an unmatched shopping experience for both visitors and tenants.
Al Shabili Grand Mall spans 331,000 square meters, with over 130,000 square meters dedicated to leasable space. Its design draws inspiration from Andalusian architecture the mall includes nine main gates for easy access and offers 3,000 parking spaces. Inside, visitors can explore over 300 shops and dine at 100 international restaurants and cafes, creating a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The mall will also generate over 5,000 job opportunities.
Additionally, The mall features five distinct entertainment zones for all ages. “The Valley” lies at the center, blending nature with modernity and creating a tranquil escape within the bustling environment. The “Terrace View” area, overlooking an artificial lake, offers a scenic setting with diverse restaurants and cafes for a memorable dining experience.
The “De Lavenue” area showcases luxury brands and elegant boutiques. A cinema zone, accessed via the “Royal Ramp,” has a dedicated entrance and sits on the second floor.
Additional areas, such as the Fishermen’s Village, Marina, and Water Canal, enrich the visitor experience with diverse and vibrant spaces in this integrated project.
