Air Connectivity Program Joins World Routes Conference in Bahrain

The Air Connectivity Program will participate in the World Routes Conference tomorrow, Sunday, in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Over the course of three days, the program will showcase the services and opportunities offered to enhance air connectivity within the Kingdom.

The program has invited interested parties to visit its booth at the World Routes 2024 Conference, where aviation leaders gather, to learn about Saudi Arabia’s air connectivity opportunities through its 29 airports.

It is noted that the Program was launched in 2021 to contribute to the growth of tourism in the Kingdom by enhancing air connectivity between the Kingdom and countries around the world. Moreover, this is achieved by developing current and potential air routes and connecting the Kingdom to new international destinations.

The Air Connectivity Program, acting as the executive enabler of both the National Tourism Strategy and the National Aviation Strategy, works to strengthen cooperation between key stakeholders in the public and private sectors within the aviation ecosystems. Furthermore, the goal is to enhance the Kingdom’s position as a leading global tourist destination in terms of air connectivity for tourism.
