
Prince Fahad bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz, head of the Saudi delegation, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Lukasz Szeliga, President of the Polish Paralympic Committee. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation, facilitate the exchange of expertise in developing programs and tournaments, and improve services provided to Paralympic athletes in both countries.

The signing took place during the General Assembly of the Committee, which concluded Saturday in Seoul, in the presence of Abdulaziz Baeshen, CEO and Secretary-General of the Saudi Paralympic Committee, alongside leaders of continental and national Paralympic committees and federations.
On the sidelines of the meetings, Prince Fahad bin Jalawi also met with Rocky Harris, Chief of Sport at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. The two discussed potential areas of collaboration and knowledge exchange to advance Paralympic sports and foster stronger international partnerships.

Meanwhile, Andrew Parsons of Brazil was re-elected President of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) for a third consecutive four-year term. Parsons, who has led the IPC since 2017, secured 109 votes against 68 for his South Korean challenger Dong Bae, extending his presidency through 2028.
