Estidamah, NEOM’s Topian Launch Greenhouse Management Training Program

The National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah) has launched the second edition of the greenhouse management training program, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

In collaboration with NEOM Food Company Topian, the program seeks to boost the efficiency of national cadres and promote their technical skills.

Through the use of the latest scientific approaches and practical applications, the program offers participants a unique platform to acquire new skills and build professional networks.

Interestingly, the initiative provides participants with advanced expertise in smart irrigation technologies, crop monitoring systems, as well as energy-saving solutions.

Therefore, they would be able to efficiently manage and operate climate-controlled greenhouses while addressing key field challenges such as water scarcity, soil health, and biodiversity conservation.

To ensure the effectiveness of the initiative, the program will feature direct hands-on training under the supervision of an elite group of experts and specialists, ensuring the transfer of knowledge, localization of modern technologies, and enrichment of practical skills. Therefore, it will further support sustainable agricultural production and foster food security.

These efforts perfectly align with the objectives of the National Agriculture Strategy of promoting production efficiency and preserving natural resources.

Overall, the program reflects Estidamah’s dedication to bolstering agricultural innovation and adopting cutting-edge sustainable practices.
