
A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck today near the border of Iran’s Golestan and Semnan provinces.
The University of Tehran’s Institute of Geophysics reported that the quake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers, with its epicenter located at latitude 36.7 and longitude 54.83.

Initial reports indicate no casualties or major damage resulting from the earthquake.
