Ministry of Hajj Launches E-Track with 500+ Digital Services for Operational Readiness

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s electronic track plays a key role in enhancing operational readiness during the pre-arrival phase of the pilgrims’ journey. By providing comprehensive data on pilgrim services before arrival and throughout the pilgrimage, the platform streamlines reception procedures, facilitates access to accommodations, and improves transparency regarding the services available from the beginning of the journey.

Serving as a unified digital gateway for Hajj services, the electronic track offers more than 500 digital services covering accommodation, transportation, catering, Hajj companies, and Hajj affairs offices. The platform enables stakeholders across the Hajj ecosystem to access critical information in advance, allowing them to plan and deliver services with greater efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.
The electronic track also integrates more than 80 government and operational entities alongside over 5,000 service providers. This integration ensures unified and continuously updated data, connected directly to field service operations, enabling specialized teams and Hajj companies to better anticipate and meet pilgrims’ needs before they arrive at service locations.
