Northern Borders Municipality has wrapped up its Eid Al-Adha preparations by equipping over 130 parks and recreational sites across cities and governorates in the region, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The activities seek to provide visitors with safe and accessible leisure spaces throughout the holiday.
The preparations featured an intensive maintenance and sanitation program, covering the upkeep of green areas, maintenance of children’s playground equipment, and inspection of lighting poles.
Moreover, authorities ensured the readiness of key public services, including restrooms and walkways, to boost visitor comfort and safety.
The municipality underscored its commitment to promoting quality of life and developing municipal services through the deployment of dedicated field teams responsible for maintaining continuous on-site monitoring throughout the Eid holiday.
It also has mobilized all its human and technical resources to carry out integrated operational plans designed to accommodate the anticipated surge in activity during the Eid holiday.
