Saudi Arabia has welcomed the first flight of pilgrims arriving from Turkey, marking the beginning of international arrivals for the 2026 Hajj season, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Upon the pilgrims’ arrival at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, the General Directorate of Passports has carried out the arrival procedures seamlessly.

The directorate has emphasized its commitment to ensuring a smooth, efficient process that allowed pilgrims to complete their rituals with ease, comfort, and peace of mind.
It also affirmed its full operational readiness to ensure a seamless entry experience for pilgrims across all air, land, and sea ports.

To uphold the highest standards of service throughout the Hajj season, the directorate has also deployed advanced technologies as well as highly trained personnel to streamline procedures.
