Industrial, Mining Program Innovators Secure 5 Medals at Geneva Exhibition

Innovators from the Innovative Industrial and Mining Products Program, affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, secured five international medals during their participation in the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions 2026.

This achievement highlights the ministry’s ongoing commitment to fostering an environment that encourages innovation and creativity while empowering innovators in the industrial and mining sectors.

During the exhibition, the ministry showcased five promising national innovations supported by the Innovative Industrial and Mining Products Program—an initiative dedicated to supporting innovators by developing creative ideas in the industrial and mining fields and transforming them into practical, manufacturable products.

The participation also provided Saudi innovators with an opportunity to present their work to experts, investors, and industrial companies from around the world. This exposure helps open new pathways for collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge exchange, while enhancing the potential to transform these innovations into commercially viable industrial products.

The initiative serves as an important platform for strengthening the Kingdom’s presence in industrial and mining innovation, highlighting national efforts to support a knowledge-based economy and contributing to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The accomplishment also reflects the continued growth of the Kingdom’s innovation ecosystem and the expanding capabilities of Saudi innovators, further reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global hub for innovation in the industrial and mining sectors.
