Umm Al-Qura University organizes the Scientific Forum for Hajj Research
Under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region; Umm Al-Qura University organized the Scientific Forum for Hajj Research.
The forum, according to Turki bin Sulaiman Al-Amro, Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at Umm Al-Qura University, is attended by specialized academic researchers, representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and the third sector.
This paper aims to highlight some of the most significant experiences and efforts made towards creating a distinct. This paper provides a scientific environment for the exchange of experiences, expertise, and lessons learned through publications. It also encourages innovation and scientific research in the field of Hajj and Umrah services.
He continued on to say that the forum serves 16 goals as well as 6 programs from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
He noted that the forum included (7) scientific sessions in which (33) speakers discuss a variety of scientific pillars, as well as workshops and sessions for scientific posters, through three main axes that discuss the culture of the guest experience and its importance in achieving Rahman’s guests’ satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
The most effective local and international practices in terms of the concept of guest experience and how it is implemented in the Hajj and Umrah system must also be used. In addition, this must include providing an innovative institutional service model to enhance sustainability, enhance crisis management, and transform challenges into unique experiences.
