Tourism Media Forum Launched in Preparation for Celebrating Saudi National Day

In preparation for the celebration of National Day, the Assistant Undersecretary for Developmental Affairs in the Hail region, En. Imad bin Eid Al-Subhi, inaugurated the “Tourism Media Forum in the Region”.

The forum is titled “Hail: An International Tourist Destination” and is organized by the Tourism Media Association in the region. The event includes the participation of various governmental and private sectors, media professionals, and experts in the fields of tourism and investment, and is being held at the Excellence Center for Exhibitions and Conferences in Hail.

Moreover, the Tourism Media Forum aligns with the region’s tourism economy by emphasizing media’s role in promoting tourism. It discusses ideas and initiatives for developing the tourism sector and various media fields—visual, audio, print, and digital. The forum showcases the region’s tourism assets, cultural and historical heritage, and investment potential. It also facilitates the exchange of experiences and strategies for promoting Hail’s tourism assets.

Awad bin Dhaher Al-Tawalah, Chairman of the Tourism Media Association, announced that the forum will feature agreements aimed at boosting tourism media’s role in the region. He also praised the Emir of Hail and the Deputy Emir for their support of the tourism sector, which has made Hail a top destination for foreign tourists and a leading international tourism hub.
