Splash Into the Future: Aquarabia Qiddiya City Sets April Opening Date

Saudi Arabia’s Qiddiya City has officially announced that Aquarabia, the largest water theme park in the Middle East, will open on 23 April, 2026. This landmark project represents a massive step forward for the Kingdom’s growing entertainment, sports, and cultural sectors.

The massive park spans over 250,000 square meters and features eight themed zones inspired by Saudi Arabia’s unique native wildlife. Thrill-seekers can look forward to 22 rides and experiences, including four attractions that will break standing world records upon opening. Furthermore, the destination offers seven dry rides to ensure a diverse experience for every type of visitor.

Families can now purchase tickets online to secure their spot at this world-class attraction. Standard adult admission starts at SAR 325 ($87), while junior tickets for children aged 4-11 cost SAR 200 ($53). Interestingly, children under the age of four enter for free. Consequently, early planners can enjoy a 15% discount if they book their tickets at least five days in advance.

Exclusive Amenities and Hours

Visitors looking for a premium experience may upgrade to one of the 91 luxury cabanas available throughout the park grounds. Additionally, the AquaFast Pass allows guests to skip long queues and maximize their time enjoying the record-breaking water slides. While the park operates daily from 12 pm to 8 pm, Fridays remain dedicated exclusively to ladies.
