Units from Saudi Arabia’s Armed Forces are currently participating in the joint Saudi-Egyptian exercise “Piercing Arrow 2024”, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Set to take place in Egypt from November 9 to 21, the exercise aims to boost military cooperation between both countries.
Thus, it will develop joint action and achieve operational harmony between the Saudi and Egyptian armed forces.
The head of the Saudi Armed Forces Education and Training Authority, Maj. Gen. Adel Al-Balawi, stressed that this participation comes within the training guidance of the Armed Forces for the training period (1446 AH – 1447 AH), for joint and mixed exercises inside and outside the Kingdom.
Such exercises will further foster training, elevate military personnel, and develop skills.
