The event brought together more than 250 companies from 30 countries, underscoring Saudi Arabia’s commitment to fostering a robust healthcare sector.

The Saudi Proton Therapy Center stands as the first cancer treatment center in the Middle East employing proton technique, marking one of the largest projects in the health sector. Minister Al-Jalajel emphasized that Saudi Vision 2030 sets ambition as a methodology, with a focus on prevention before the necessity of treatment arises. The Health Minister also underscored the nation’s strides in improving life expectancy and reducing early deaths and accident fatalities.
Encouraging Investment in Healthcare
With an invitation to invest in the healthcare sector, Al-Jalajel outlined promising opportunities totaling up to 330 billion Riyals until 2030. The transformation aims to bolster the private sector’s role, targeting an increase from 20% to 50% in healthcare service provision.
