The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) announced that Saudi Arabia welcomed 19.5 million international pilgrims and Umrah performers, with service satisfaction levels exceeding 90%, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
These figures stand as a testament to the swift advancement of the Kingdom’s services provided for pilgrims and Umrah performers, aligning seamlessly with the strategic objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
As part of the Vision 2030, the Pilgrim Experience Program noted that the enhancements extended across both the Hajj and Umrah seasons, mirroring the Kingdom’s comprehensive approach to serving guests of Allah.
The program highlighted that the satisfaction levels have surpassed 91% among pilgrims and 94% among Umrah performers, a living proof of the seamless planning, operations, and the coordinated efforts of more than 60 entities working together to offer integrated services.
The program emphasized that these significant milestones build upon the Kingdom’s proud historic tradition of serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, under the unwavering support and guidance of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The season featured remarkable community participation, with over 184,000 volunteers—men and women alike—offering guidance, organization, and humanitarian services.
By developing 18 historical sites tied to the Prophet’s biography in Mecca and Medina, the Kingdom has also enriched the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims and deepened the spiritual impact of the pilgrimage journey.
