The Saudi Civil Aviation Authority has announced the start of the trial run phase of the new Arar airport, which received on Sunday the first arrival and departure flights in the new terminal of the airport from the capital Riyadh through the national carrier Saudi Airlines.
The authority said in a statement published by the Saudi News Agency, that after preparing the requirements for the experimental operation of the new Arar airport, a number of flights will gradually be received, and the airport will receive more destinations in the coming weeks through “Saudi Airlines” from Riyadh and Jeddah, as well as through “flynas” From Dammam.
The General Authority of Civil Aviation was keen on implementing the new Arar Airport project to improve and provide all services for people with disabilities, by preparing the main travel hall and securing all their needs of mobile paths and special service platforms, according to the Saudi news channel of Al-Arabyia.
