Saudi Arabia has declared the exceptional success of Hajj Season 2026 (1447 AH), stressing the Kingdom’s renewed annual commitment to serving Islam and Muslims, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, on Friday announced the Hajj Season’s success.
He said that the Season was defined by robust security, seamless organization, and comprehensive services, allowing pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
Prince Mishaal attributed the exceptional success of the Hajj Season 2026 to the blessings of Allah and to the unwavering support and guidance of the Saudi leadership, which provided extensive resources and capabilities, coupled with strict supervision over all planning and implementation stages.
Furthermore, he highlighted the dedication of Saudi Arabia to serving pilgrims and delivering a seamless Hajj experience. This was evident in the Kingdom’s efficiency in crowd management and streamlined coordination that demonstrated the integrated efforts of various participating entities.
As a result, pilgrims performed Hajj rituals in peace, safety, and comfort, fully honoring the sanctity of the event, Prince Saud said.
He added that the conclusion of this Hajj Season marks the beginning of new responsibilities and duties, serving as a renewed annual commitment to maintain the Kingdom’s position as a global anchor of security and generosity for Islam and Muslims.
