A pivotal meeting in Riyadh between Eritrea’s President Isaias Afwerki and Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman Bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, set the stage for this cooperation.
