Riyadh will host the Future Aviation Forum from April 20–22, convening more than 11,000 global aviation leaders and experts from over 130 countries, according to Arab News.
Organized by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), the forum will bring together ministers, regulators, manufacturers, airlines, and airport authorities, reinforcing Riyadh’s position as a hub for shaping the future of international air transport.
“Under the patronage of King Salman, GACA is organizing the fourth edition of the Future Aviation Forum under the theme: Unlocking Global Growth, Designing the Future Sky,” GACA said on X.
The annual forum is anticipated to serve as an interactive platform for discussing key challenges and opportunities in the aviation sector.
With the participation of 300 international speakers and thousands of industry specialists, the event will also delve into the most pressing issues facing global aviation, environmental sustainability development, and the enablement of advanced air mobility.
Saudi Aviation Program
The Future Aviation Forum will also support the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s aviation program, which seeks primarily to transform the Kingdom into a pioneering logistics hub in the Middle East while also boosting an attractive investment environment.
Minister of Transport and Logistic Services and GACA Board Chairman, Saleh Al-Jasser, mentioned that hosting the fourth annual forum under the patronage of King Salman stands as a testament to the leadership’s commitment to solidifying Saudi Arabia’s position as a global logistics hub.
Moreover, he noted that the Kingdom’s strategic location, connecting Asia, Africa, and Europe, aligns perfectly with the ambitious objectives of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
Al-Jasser also said the forum stands out as an international platform for exchanging innovative solutions that further boosts efficiency and sustainability in the aviation sector.
