Riyadh Airports Company, which manages and operates King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, won the Best Total Experience award during its participation in the 2024 Customer Experience Live Show Middle East held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Total Experience Award includes the total experiences provided at King Khalid International Airport, encompassing the customer experience (passengers and partners), the employee experience (company employees and employees at the airport), the user experience and the technical experience (aviation solutions and customer service channels) with the aim of providing an integrated experience at all times.
The CEO of Riyadh Airports Company, Ayman Abdulaziz AboAbah, explained that this award is an affirmation of King Khalid International Airport’s commitment to the highest operational levels applicable globally in this field whether at the level of passengers, partners or employees.
This demonstrates its tireless endeavor to improve the overall services provided at the human and technical levels. It aims to keep pace with the national strategic goals that the airport is working to achieve, as part of its close connection to achieving the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
AboAbah renewed his sincere thanks to all the employees of Riyadh Airports and King Khalid International Airport who contributed to all the successive pioneering achievements that the airport achieves day after day, the last of which was the (Best Total Experience) award for the year 2024.
