

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, inaugurated recently the first phase of the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Science Oasis project.
His Highness, the Governor of the Riyadh region, referred to the benefit of King Salman Oasis and the approach that it offers and draws in the hands of its men, praising the supporters who gave about 400 million riyals to the oasis and congratulating all and those working on this achievement.
Prince Faisal bin Bandar toured the Oasis building, which is located on an area of 200,000 square meters and consists of a scientific museum that includes an internal learning hall, and seven halls that stimulate scientific creativity in the fields of energy, space, manufacturing industries, communications, and information technology and multifunctional flexible science laboratories.
Prince Faisal bin Bandar was also briefed on the educational and entertainment activities and festivals offered by the oasis to its visitors through halls, scientific laboratories, and interactive screens, which are based on viewing and experience.
His Highness said: “The King Salman Science Oasis aims, as a non-profit organization, to participate in achieving the national goals led and supervised by His Highness the Crown Prince, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Research, Development, and Innovation – may God protect him”.
