Nusuk App Launches New Features to Offer Seamless Pilgrimage Experiences
Nusuk app has launched new features to improve the spiritual journey of Umrah pilgrims and offer them smooth and seamless experiences, Gulf News reported.
As the official digital guide for pilgrims visiting the Holy Cities, the app currently boasts new updates such as access to historical and unique destinations, a tasbih counter, a Hisnul Muslim guide for daily prayers and supplications, as well as Qur’anic recitations from the Haramain.
In order to ensure smooth navigation for pilgrims, Nusuk app offers awareness cards, interactive maps, an event and activity calendar, and a comprehensive digital guide available in multiple languages.
Interestingly, the app also upgraded the health services section to provide essential medical information for pilgrims.
As for service providers, they can now showcase their offerings electronically, making it easier for Umrah pilgrims and visitors to access accommodations, transport, as well as other necessary services.
It is worth noting that the Nusuk app now serves several pilgrims from more than 100 countries, supports 10 languages and offers more than 120 services.
As part of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation plan, the app seeks to integrate technology into the pilgrimage experience.
