Navigate Riyadh’s Parks Easily with My City App

Riyadh Municipality has developed My City app which helps visitors quickly reach parks in Riyadh by helping users discover the parks closest to them. It also allows users to learn about the main facilities of Riyadh’s Parks.

The app is part of the Riyadh Municipality’s technical services, according to Saudi Press Agency.

Riyadh Municipality operates according to a strategy aimed at extensively establishing parks in Riyadh and modernizing them with contemporary designs to enhance the quality of life.

This strategy will increase green spaces within residential neighborhoods. This effort continues the Municipality’s endeavor to bring parks closer to residents and make residents only 10-minute-walk away from enjoying the green areas.

“My City” app, available at https://mobile.alriyadh.gov.sa/mycity, includes a variety of electronic municipal services to meet user expectations.

For instance, the app can be used to issue building, demolition, and fencing permits. In addition, the app includes a range of inquiry and service options such as requesting free indoor pesticide spraying for insect control and submitting reports.

25 Parks in Riyadh

Three weeks ago, the Prince of Riyadh attended the inauguration ceremony of 25 parks distributed across 18 neighborhoods in Riyadh.

New Gardens in Riyadh

His Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar expressed his happiness to sponsor such an event. He affirmed that the leadership supports and guides these efforts to maintain Riyadh’s high quality of life.

He pointed out that the work on these gardens was based on comprehensive planning and study, thus making them a gift to the residents of the neighborhoods.
