Taj Dhabi To Build Two Projects in King Abdullah Financial District
Taj Dhabi, part of the Trojan Holding group, has secured a design and building contract for two projects. The projects are in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
This partnership with KAFD’s management is unprecedented. Taj Dhabi will develop two significant projects within the business center.
Project Details
The projects include a multi-purpose complex with two 8-story office towers. These also feature retail spaces, green parks, public squares, and extensive parking lots. The total area is 167,763 square meters, including 50,000 square meters for food, beverage places and luxury retail outlets. The projects will also provide 1,900 parking spaces over five floors.
