Korea’s President Congratulates Crown Prince on Hosting Expo 2030
Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, received a phone call, on Thursday, from Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol. During the call, The Korean president congratulated the crown prince on the Kingdom’s victory in organizing and hosting the Expo 2030 international exhibition in the city of Riyadh. The Saudi Crown Prince expressed thanked the Korean President for his good feelings.
The International Bureau of Exhibitions announced on Tuesday that Riyadh had won the bid to host the exhibition. It will extend during the period from October 2030 to March 2031. Its bid received 119 votes from member states, in a secret electronic ballot in Paris, ahead of its competitors Busan, Korea, and Rome, Italy.
US Ambassador Congratulates KSA on Expo 2030
The US Ambassador to Riyadh, Michael Ratney, congratulated the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Riyadh’s victory in hosting the Expo 2030 International Exhibition.
“From the American Embassy in the Kingdom, congratulations to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on its victory in hosting Expo 2030,” said the American ambassador.
French Ambassador Congratulates KSA
French Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ludovic Pouille, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Kingdom for its recent triumph in Paris. Riyadh was chosen to host the exhibition . Expressing France’s pride in supporting Riyadh since its nomination, Pouille highlighted the Saudi capital’s readiness for this significant global event. This win reflects the strong diplomatic ties and mutual support between France and Saudi Arabia. It also showcases Riyadh’s potential as a major cultural and economic hub on the international stage.
