Jazan Investment Forum 2023 to Kick Off in Jazan City
The Jazan Investment Forum 2023 kicks off tomorrow in Jazan city, under the auspices of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Forum’s Importance
Prince of Jazan Region Mohammed bin Nasser emphasized the forum’s role in showcasing investment opportunities in Jazan. The two-day event will focus on the region’s economic potential and economic topics that aim to develop the private sector.
Strategic Investment Discussions
Jazan Investment Forum 2023 will include a dialogue session with ministers. They will discuss Jazan’s strategic investment directions, the region’s competitiveness, and future prospects under Saudi Vision 2030.
The session will further include Jazan’s economic role, logistic services for attracting global investments, and its status as the Kingdom’s food basket. Discussions will also cover green economy, quality of life, investment projects financing, and support for start-ups.
Highlighting Jazan’s Economic Features
The forum aims to spotlight the economic advantages in the logistic sector, the region’s diverse environment and climate, and promising tourist islands like the Farasan Islands. It will also focus on the region’s rich heritage, dating back to 8000 BC.
Specialized Workshops
Workshops will address the structural transformation of family businesses, entrepreneur empowerment to help them invest in heritage and expand their business.
Moreover, the Jazan Investment Fund will focus on food security projects and financial sustainability, alongside the role of cooperative societies in promoting collective investment in the region.
