Misk Global Forum concludes its work virtually
Under the slogan “The Double Impact”, the fifth edition of the Misk Global Forum was concluded on Monday, virtually from the capital, Riyadh, organized by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation Initiatives Center, “Misk Charity”.
More than 5,000 participants and 70 speakers from leading personalities attended to review the harvest of their experiences in 12 workshops and dialogue sessions that were presented during the past two days.
The participants had the opportunity to meet and listen to an elite group of leaders and influencers from all over the world in various fields, who were attracted by the forum to motivate and inspire young people, to draw a clear roadmap for their future direction.
This exceptional version of the forum came by default; To allow the participation of the largest possible number of young energies seeking to keep pace with the urgent changes, due to the emerging corona virus and its impact on daily life in all its aspects.
The importance of individual actions in shaping global impact
The participants also discussed various topics that included the main objectives of the forum, which contribute to empowering youth through sustainable development, the role of women, supporting entrepreneurship, and promoting global citizenship.
This is in addition to the main forum theme for 2020 “Multiply Impact”; which highlighted the importance of simple individual actions in creating a broad global impact.
The last hours of the forum yesterday evening witnessed the coronation of the winners of the second edition of the World Cup for Entrepreneurship, which is the largest of its kind in the world, with participation of 175,000 applicants from 200 countries around the world, with the aim of empowering and supporting emerging innovative companies and projects.

In his speech to the forum through the Minister of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Hamad Al Sheikh expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince for the continuous support they provided to the Ministry of Education and other institutions.

In his closing speech, through the CEO of the “Misk Charitable Foundation”, Dr. Badr Al-Badr expressed his happiness at the forum in its fifth edition, which was held despite all the challenges and current circumstances that the world is going through with the spread of the Corona pandemic.
