It offers a range of services, including responding to inquiries and requests, providing guidance and information, following up on feedback, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and business continuity.

Operating 24/7, the Knowledge and Service Hub is accessible through multiple communication channels, including telephone and direct inquiries, ensuring quick responses to user needs and providing essential support for port and logistics activities.

Beneficiaries can access the hub’s services through several platforms, including the official website (mawani.gov.sa), email (Mawanicare@mawani.gov.sa), live chat on the website, the X platform via the @MawaniKSA account, and the unified contact number (199003).

This launch reflects Mawani’s commitment to enhancing services for beneficiaries and strengthening communication with industry partners. It also supports supply chain continuity and reinforces operational readiness across Saudi ports.
