KSrelief Center Continues to Support Lebanese

KSrelief Continuous Support to Lebanon
As a result of the explosion that happened in Beirut in August 2020, KSrelief swiftly mobilized its resources to provide immediate assistance to affected people. The organization deployed medical teams, delivered medical equipment, and set up field hospitals to treat the injured.
In addition, KSrelief distributed food parcels, hygiene kits, and shelter materials to those displaced by the explosion.
As a result of the emergency, KSrelief has also been actively involved in supporting long-term projects in Lebanon to help rebuild infrastructure, provide healthcare services.
The organization has funded the construction of schools, hospitals, and housing units. It also implemented programs to support livelihoods and economic development in the country.

Lebanon Crisis
Lebanon been facing difficulties and challenges for long time. These challenges included economic turmoil, political instability, and the devastating explosion in Beirut in August 2020.
The country experienced liquidity shortages in the years prior to 2019. It is important to note that the full extent of fragility of the economy were concealed through financial engineering by the governor of the central bank.
KSA-Lebanon Relations
The relationship between KSA and Lebanon has been characterized by a mix of historical ties and geopolitical dynamics. Over years, both countries have navigated through various challenges and opportunities.
These challenges helped both countries to shape their bilateral relations in significant ways. Furthermore, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon have maintained close cultural and economic ties.
Despite these challenges, both Saudi and Lebanon have sought to maintain dialogue and cooperation on various fronts. In addition, Saudi has been also a supporter of Lebanon in times of crisis. It provided humanitarian aid and financial assistance to help alleviate the impact of conflicts and natural disasters.
