KSA postpones the return of students under 12 years of age
The attendance of students under the age of 12, which was set for October 31, 2021, has been postponed, according to a Saudi official spokeswoman for the Ministry of Education.
This postponement is linked to the completion of scientific studies related to the epidemiological risks of this category, to preserve the safety of them and their families.
Ministry of Education will continue to provide remote education for this age group through the “My School” platform for primary school and the “Rawdati” platform for kindergarten, according to the official.
He also referred to the integration of efforts between the ministries of education and health in the regularity of the educational process for the fully vaccinated middle and high school students.
Furthermore, he emphasized that these steps contributed to the safety and protection of both male and female students.
