KSA Launches New Stadium Named after Crown Prince

The board of directors of Qiddiya Investment Company announced today the launch of the new main stadium in Qiddiya City. It will be named after Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The new stadium named after Crown Prince will be one of the most prominent in the world.

Equipped with unprecedented technologies, the stadium will be versatile and capable of hosting the biggest sports, entertainment, and cultural events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium will be built in the heart of Qiddiya City, just 40 minutes from Riyadh.

Located on one of the peaks of the Tuwaiq Mountain at a height of 200 meters, the stadium will attract visitors from all over the world.

Thanks to its exceptional design and unique technical features, spectators will feel as if they are at the heart of the event.

Urban Plan for Qiddiya City

 

This announcement comes just weeks after His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced the launch of the urban plan for Qiddiya City and its global brand.

In the near future, Qiddiya will be the world’s foremost city in entertainment, sports, and culture, positively impacting the Kingdom’s economy and international standing.

Arena stadium

 

Turki Al-Sheikh, the Chairman of  Saudi General Entertainment Authority, revealed developments at Kingdom Arena stadium.

Al Hilal Club Company completed an agreement with the General Entertainment Authority. ‘Boulevard Hall’ became the official stadium of Al Hilal under the name Kingdom Arena.

“ Al Hilal will inaugurate its stadium at the end of the month in a match against Inter Miami,” wrote Turki Al-Sheikh on  (X). He added that the installation of the stadium’s floor has begun while planting 3 reserve fields.

Additionally, he hailed its strong lighting which will be 15% higher than all stadiums in the world. The chairman said that the Kingdom transported the stadium’s floor by air despite its high cost.

Moreover, he revealed discussions on the idea of building stadiums in various regions of the Kingdom, similar to the Kingdom Arena stadium.
