KAFD Enhances Smart City Sustainability, Security in New Strategic Partnership

The King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) has entered a strategic partnership with IoT Squared, a leading provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. This agreement was signed at Cityscape Global, taking place from November 11 to 14.

In a press release issued today, KAFD announced a new partnership designed to enhance its smart city infrastructure, sustainability efforts, security, and operational efficiency. Moreover, this collaboration will further solidify KAFD’s standing as Saudi Arabia’s leading destination for business and lifestyle.

This partnership will enable the KAFD to upgrade its urban infrastructure by incorporating cutting-edge smart city technologies, such as renewable energy systems and advanced incident management tools, to enhance real-time data collection. Furthermore, IoT-powered safety devices will be implemented to boost public safety and improve employee monitoring.
