Diriyah Company Signs Contract for Hotels, Equestrian Center in Wadi Saffar

Diriyah Company announced the signing of a contract to build four luxury hotels and the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club in Wadi Safar, Diriyah.

This project is part of the master plan for the area. Its value is at 8 billion riyals. The company inked the contract in collaboration with UrbaCon Saudi Arabia and Al Bawani Holding Company.

The companies are scheduled to start construction soon on the project, which marks another significant phase of the Diriyah Project. This contract follows a previous announcement in early July of another contract. Moreover, its value is at 7.8 billion riyals to build a new multi-use area north of Diriyah.

Royal Equestrian, Luxury Hotels

The CEO of Diriyah Company Group, Jerry Inzerillo, said: “This project is a major and important step in accelerating our development plans for the Wadi Safar area in Diriyah. The project includes four world-class luxury hotels: Aman Hotel, Six Senses Hotel, The Chedi Hotel, and Faena Hotel, in addition to the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club. These companies will work on the core part of the master plan for Wadi Safar.”

He mentioned that these hotels are part of over 40 planned for Wadi Safar projects, designed to offer luxurious, world-class experiences for visitors locally and globally. He also stated that the Equestrian Center will excel regionally. It will depend on the rich heritage and history of Arabian horses and Saudi equestrian traditions.
