Culinary Arts Signs MoU to Support Cooking Development

 

The Culinary Arts Authority signed a memorandum of understanding with “The Chefs” Company, to support cooking development with a social impact in the field of culinary arts.

In addition,  Authority seeks to strengthen strategic partnerships to develop the sector in accordance with best international practices and expertise.

The CEOs of the Authority and the firm, Abdul Rahman Al-Shabanat and Mayada Badr, respectively, attended the signing ceremony in the Saudi city of Riyadh.

The agreement included multiple areas of cooperation between the two parties. The most prominent is the company’s participation in the Authority’s local and international events by marketing these events through the company’s “The Chefs” platform.

 

This agreement comes in light of the partnerships that the Culinary Arts Authority is working on with all public, private, and non-profit sector institutions in order to develop the culinary arts sector in the Kingdom.

Cooking Development in KSA

Saudi Arabia, known for its rich history and culture, is undergoing a culinary revolution. The Kingdom has witnessed a significant shift in the way people approach food and cooking.

Social media has also played a significant role in the cooking development in KSA. Platforms like Instagram and YouTube have become popular channels for sharing recipes and cooking tips.

Furthermore, the Saudi government has been actively promoting a healthier lifestyle through various initiatives. These initiatives included  campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition and regular exercise.

 

As a result, there has been a growing interest in healthy cooking and eating habits, leading to the popularity of organic and locally sourced ingredients, as well as a focus on lighter and more nutritious meals.

In conclusion, the cooking development in KSA reflects a broader cultural shift towards a more open and diverse society.
