CSTC, IEEE Launch Global Research Competition on Non-Terrestrial Networks
The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission ( CSTC), in collaboration with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), announced the launch of the global research competition “Competition on Non-Terrestrial Networks for 6G.”
The authority explained that the submission of scientific and research papers will continue until September 15, 2024, according to the conditions outlined on the competition’s website. It also mentioned that the submitted papers will be reviewed, and the top ten ideas will be invited to be presented at the “International Forum on Non-Terrestrial Networks.” It will be held in Riyadh on November 25 and 26. The accepted ideas will then be evaluated, and awards will be given to the top three papers.
