Saudi Commerce Min.: Over 7 Mln Customers Benefit from Services in 2024

The Saudi Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with the Saudi Business Center, provided services to over seven million customers in 2024 via electronic platforms and integrated branches throughout the Kingdom.

These services supported the business and consumer sectors, reaching more than 3.5 million customers through e-services and branch networks, 2.4 million through the unified call center, over one million who lodged commercial complaints, and more than 42,000 through support and business challenge resolution services.

Key offerings included issuing commercial registers, trade certificates, professional consulting, trade name registration, corporate services, and partner dispute resolutions.

Customers can access these services through the ministry’s website (mc.gov.sa), the Saudi Business Center platform (business.sa), collaborative branches, the unified call center (1900), and the “Balagh” mobile app for reporting commercial violations.
