Boulevard Runway: Buckle up for Air Experience on Ground

The Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Turki Al Sheikh, announced commencing the establishment of new “Boulevard Runway” area.

The new Riyadh Season’s zone is part of collaboration between the Authority and Saudia Airlines

Al Sheikh appreciated the unlimited support from King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the General Entertainment Authority.

He disclosed that the agreement includes utilizing aircraft retired from Saudia Airlines to create a unique entertainment area in Riyadh Season.

So far, the Authority has acquired 5 aircraft from Saudia Airlines.

Unmatched Experiences in Boulevard Runway

Utilizing several Boeing 777 and 747 aircraft as venues, the area will offer new experiences.  Visitors will get to enjoy an unmatched experience that combines aircrafts with a variety of food from international restaurants.

Additionally, it will feature various events, including a unique horror experience in one of the planes and a diverse play area.

Furthermore, the area will provide a special experience aboard stationary aircraft, adding to the excitement of the visitors.

The aircraft have been prepared to offer a new entertainment experience, with more details to be announced later.

This was part of a memorandum of understanding between the Authority and Saudi Airlines. The Authority’s CEO Faisal Bafarat and Saudia Group’s Chief Marketing Officer Khaled Tash signed the MoU.
