The branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Asir region launched the activities of Saudi Organic Food Day 2024 in one of the commercial centers in Abha. It falls on November 11 of each year.
Director of the Ministry’s branch in Asir, Engineer Ahmed bin Muhammad Al Mujthal, explained that the events aim to highlight the importance of organic products and foods, based on their importance as a better and safe health system.
In addition, it will increase consumer awareness of the benefits of organic food, stimulating innovation and excellence in the quality of organic products, and working to spread consumption of organic food within the community and achieving economic and social goals that support its development in the Kingdom.
