Arafa Sermon Gets Translated into 20 Languages

The Presidency of Religious Affairs translated the Arafa Sermon this year into 20 international languages to reach one billion listeners, so that the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques reaches the continents, reported Al Arabiya. The content of the Arafa Sermon broadcasts true Islam, characterized by mercy, moderation, brotherhood, and coexistence.

The project to translate the Arafa Sermon into 5 languages was launched under the guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in the year 1439 AH. It reached 50 languages ​​in less than a decade. Through this project, the religious message of the Two Holy Mosques travels around the world, carrying the message of brotherhood and moderation.

The project of translating the Arafa sermon grows annually to reach the largest number of listeners. It is translated into several international languages, and broadcast on electronic platforms, FM radio and the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah channels, in order to enhance and highlight the state’s efforts to care for the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites and its efforts to serve Islam and Muslims.

The project, which is managed by Saudi people, targets pilgrims present in Arafa, members of the Islamic world all over the world, and non-Arabic-speaking Muslims who are interested and wish to listen to the sermon using modern technologies.
