‘AlHisn Big Time Studios’: Saudi Arabia Launches Largest Production Facilities in Region
The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has announced the launch of ‘AlHisn Big Time Studios’ to promote film and TV production industry in the Middle East.
As part of Riyadh Season, the studios will serve as a new chapter for entertainment industry and a new horizon for creativity and innovation.
GEA’s Chairman Turki Alalshikh explained that the AlHisn will be the largest and most advanced production studios in the region.
Located west of Riyadh, the studios span over 10,500 square meters across seven studio buildings.
Crucially, the project was constructed within 120 days covering 300,000 square meters.
Interestingly, the whole project boasts numerous state-of-the-art facilities such as a production village with several workshops for metalwork, carpentry, and costume design.
Moreover, the facilities include VVIP suites, fully equipped editing rooms, and cinema production offices.
Therefore, AlHisn Big Time Studios promise a unique and professional environment for production services.
By bringing together all production resources, the new studios will play a pivotal role in elevating the production process. They will save time and efforts and reduce costs while maintaining high standards.
Importantly, the studios will offer strategic opportunities for financial and banking sectors to support production companies and empowering them to leverage from AlHisn’s facilities.
The new initiative is part of GEA’s commitment to transform Saudi Arabia into a prestigious hub for film and TV production on both regional and international levels.
