Al-Baha region has a stunning nature, ancient heritage, and an ideal place for tourism throughout the year. It is located at an altitude of 2,500 meters above sea level, enjoys moderate temperatures. It is also considered one of the best destinations for tourism and entertainment.
The courtyard includes many exciting places like Shada Mountains with their amazing caves and the beautiful Raghadan Forest with unforgettable aesthetic scenes. The area is mostly covered with green plants.
Al-Baha enjoys an amazing variety of landscapes, including: valleys, mountains, plains, forests, and waterfalls, while the area includes the Raghadan Forest Park on the Sarawat Mountains west of the city, and paved paths that lead to wooded hills.
The marvels of Al-Baha also includes Wadi Al-Janabin Dam, which is considered the largest dam in the region, and Prince Hossam Park, which is located in the center of the city. This park contains a number of waterfalls, lakes, and children’s play areas.
Spirit of Saudi Arabia
Through the “Spirit of Saudi Arabia” platform, Saudi Summer has allocated many activities that can be enjoyed and visited in Al Baha. Including the suspension bridge and the brotherly fortress in the village of Al-Mald and the archaeological village of Dhi Ain, as well as the archaeological palace of Ibn Raqoush, the Al-Baha Regional Museum of Antiquities, and also the Zaytouna Farm. These are trips befitting the status of Al-Baha, a country of forests and mountains, which made Al-Baha a destination for lovers of nature.
Under the slogan “You See It,” the Saudi Summer Program offers seven unique tourist destinations. They are: Asir, Al-Baha, Taif, and the Red Sea, in addition to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al-Ula. The Saudi summer program this year will also coincide with the return of the Jeddah season and the start of the Asir season. Many concerts and products have been designed for families. Additionally, Riyadh will organize the World Electronic Sports Championship.
