The Saudi Post Corporation announced the launch of a new service which is the toll-free number 19992 for customer service, responding to inquiries and notes, raising communications and following upon them.

It emphasizes that receiving calls on the previous unified number 920005700 would be gradually stopped, noting that its services would be provided through other communication channels such as my online mail site, and the customer service account on the Twitter @saudipost_care.

This comes as a continuation of the efforts made by Saudi Post to serve customers and facilitate communication with them and respond to their inquiries as fast as possible.
